I called Rob out of the blue after my laptop crashed, and to say he went above and beyond to help me would be an understatement. Being an older machine, there was trouble getting parts, trouble fitting them etc etc. But he kept me updated every few days with progress reports, explained things so I could understand (basically with coloured crayons) He basically treated me, with appreciation for using him and his services, and with the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time, and the price for this service was also brilliant. I cant recommend him high enough. Just a SUPERB service all round.

Rob carefully analyses the problem(s), then evaluates and explains the alternative solutions. As a result a laptop that was just out of warranty is fully functioning again, with no loss of software or data. A four year old laptop had an increasingly troublesome HDD replaced with an SSD - salvaging most of the data. The charges for parts and labour for these repairs was very reasonable. I wish that I had known of RTECH some 18 months ago. Rob's friendly and most helpful service is highly recommended.

Amazing service! Once I had explained my computer issue to Rob over the telephone he was round my house within 10 minutes, knew how to fix it swiftly and he is a nice, friendly chap to boot. The bill was extremely reasonable, overall I can't recommend highly enough.
