I decided to trial the salon instead of my usual renowned London salon to help with logistics. I had a consultation, during which I was extremely clear about my desire to lift my already highlighted hair lighter and blonder. I showed lots of photos of my hair in the last 2 years and I was satisfied Chris understood the request, as he said it wasn't anything unusual. The duration of the appointment was over 2 hours and the result was very disappointing. My hair colour hadn't lifted anywhere near the colour I had been assured Chris would achieve, the toner had given my hair a muddy appearance and overall my hair was darker than before the appointment. After I explained my concerns and disappointment I was offered a consultation to discuss it but it was made clear that Chris would not be able to lift my hair any blonder without damaging it. As explained in the consultation my hair has been highlighted with bleach for over 25 years and I have a short haircut so a surprising response from a specialist claiming years of experience and high expertise. Overall a very expensive (155) mistake. Additionally, it may not bother other clients however I didn't feel it was professional to take cigarette breaks during my appointment, smelling the smoke afterwards was very unpleasant. The best salon in the area! I always leave feeling amazing. The customer service is next level and everyone makes you feel so welcome from the second you step foot through the door! Every time Ive been Wil has absolute nailed the cut and colour I ask for. He listens to what you want and explains how and why it is or isnt possible keeping you informed every step of the way! They all clearly really take pride in what they do and it shows! 5 star salon for a reason and Ill never go elsewhere again! Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling
