So I dropped my coat of for a stain I had caused, I explained to the gent on reception what the stain was and that I had tried myself to vet rid of it. With all this information and honesty I had told him he said "we can get that out" to which I replied "really?" He replied "yeah no problem we have something we can use to directly attack the stain" so I replied "wow I love the confidence" So I paid and left feeling really happy. I've collect my coat and we'll the stain is exactly the same, I asked did it work and the gent simply replied no. He didn't say no I'm sorry or no unfortunately. Now I only wanted the stain removed and I've paid for that but wasn't offered a refund so I'm just being honest and I feel like customer service wise this wasn't how this should have been handled.

Friendly, and local. To a two piece suit for dry cleaning on the Monday and was told it would be ready the following Thursday. And it was, with a slight alteration to the trousers. Would recommend.
