        Left my expensive Zara leather jacket for dry cleaning a month ago, and still no clue where it is. Was guaranteed that would be in Cambridge store on the 9th, but staff member was not able to provide me a decent customer service. Occasionally on a previous call they said that the jacket had lost color and asked me if I wanted it tainted. I said no, as I found this strange, as the jacket had been dry cleaning for 10 years and never lost any. Was curious in seeing how it looked, ready for a formal complaint, but still no clue where it is. Will wait for my jacket to come back and for a compensation for the time it took and if it does not look like I left it. Never going to use them again! Service: Dry cleaning
