        Rarely open (2 hours a day most days, supposedly 4 hours on Saturdays). Even then, it's often been closed when it should be open. Makes it nearly impossible to collect items! I've gone at 10am on a Saturday before and the person behind the counter has locked the doors and ignored all of us outside trying to find out why they're shut.
