My house caught fire before Xmas, & Trauma Clean were great. Their guys, Scott & Marcus, were very efficient & also extremely sensitive to my situation. Arranged fire clean-up, removing all the soot & smell, & did an excellent job removing all the burned furniture. Highly recommend. Services: Building interior & exterior cleaning, Deep clean

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. From the initial booking with Madeline, to the consolation with Sean to the clean up with Alex & Tony (absolute gentlemen and excellent at their job). My mum has a hoarding issue which has lasted for years, bringing conflict within the family and a real frustration for all involved. These guys came, treated the situation with the most respect, patients and delicacy the situation deserved. The guys made great effort and allowed us space to organise/sort and clear. The results were amazing and my mum feels so much better. It's now about staying on top of it all! I was initially worried that I would have to get a separate cleaning company to do a deep clean, but they cleaned up well. Absolute pleasure and worth their weight in gold, extremely honest and overall Money well spent and the support was necessary. Would have been a tough task without the professionals. Thank you all.
