        Our manager has planned 1 session with the entire team as part of personal development and then we had some individual meetings based on the motivational map results. It wasnt the first time when I have participated to such sessions, so I had an idea of what its happening, but what made this session special was the way Guy managed to bring to the surface some things that personally I had no idea the impact it had at personal level . Secondly its quite hard sometimes to discuss openly with a stranger, to feel comfortable with , but somehow Guy inspired lot of confidence and I was able to focus on myself and to take advantage of maximum of that session. Thank you Guy ! Highly recommend !
