The Condensation Shop Ltd

I have used a number of products from The Condensation Shop including their passive vents which along with installing double glazing, cured a huge condensation & damp/mould problem. Essentially they allow old victorian buildings to breath & by having a vent on the front & rear of the apartment it allows a flow of air through the apartment. Just recently I have installed one of their humidistat/timer bathroom extractor fans in a bathroom that has no windows and has suffered mould for years. We had a manufacturers fault in the first fan we received but TCS could not have been more helpful. Their customer service was excellent and I can't thank them enough. They replaced the fan I was having trouble with and also provided a video on how it should be properly connected as we found the manufacturers instructions limited. Nothing beats good customer service and I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CONDENSATION SHOP...... If you are having trouble with condensation & don't know how to deal with it then just give them a call. They are only too happy to provide advice and point you in the right direction!

I can't thank both Karen and Hannah enough for all the knowledge they provided to assist me in buying the correct extractors for my house. They both had a wealth of knowledge and explained everything so clearly and took time to ensure that I understood the benefit and purpose of each product. From purchasing, the products arrived the next day in the post and I am really happy with them.
