        Package hasn't turned up. Can't have a refund until they get the item back from the courier company. Offered absolutely nothing when I contacted to raise a complaint. A not so merry Christmas experience...

        Terrible service all round. My first was problem was that a 48hr delivery took a week to arrive. Second problem was when I complained about paying for 48hr delivery and not getting it I got a copy an paste response offering no service what so ever. Disgusting. Finally, the products which arrived where broken, not fit for purpose, and not as described. Not surprising for these shady con artists. Wouldnt order from them again.

        Ordered two items and only one item turned up and Ive been charged for both! Plus I didnt get the 5% discount as I just set up an account. Highly doubt Ill buy from them again.
