Popped in over the weekend. Whilst we didn't make a purchase, the man running it was very knowledgeable and friendly. And there was a very cute dog!

Despite the wonderful reviews of this business, the majority of which seem to be based upon the customer service for people making in person shop purposes, they are less than capable in dealing with web purchases other than taking money from you. Attempts to contact them via the web site go unanswered - despite them taking the money from you. Phone calls - unanswered - despite them taking the money from you When you do speak to a person they are friendly and helpful - but you still don't get what you have ordered - despite them taking the money off you Communication is virtually non existent and we they have now had hundreds of 's from us but have neither communicated that there are any delays nor fulfilled the order, but still have our money. So cannot recommend this company as they have no idea how to run a web business

Excellent wine selection and always very reasonable, no supermarket fake offers - you get fairly priced and interesting bottles. Staff friendly and helpful.
