Ordered a dolls house online for our granddaughters birthday and was worried that we'd left it a little late. The customer service we received from Joanne was second to none. She responded to my query immediately and as soon as she had wrapped it for shipping Joanne emailed me again to let me know that it was leaving their premises and when we could expect delivery. Not only that it's the nicest dolls house that we've seen in a long time, so easy to put together and will also easily flat pack again for future generations. Our granddaughter loves it!

What an AMAZING little business! 5* service and products. Weve had a couple of things now for our little boy Hugo, but weve just had a delivery of the work bench for Hugos birthday! We cant wait to open it up and see his little face next month Thank you so much

I contacted Hugo & Me to see if I could order a ball pit last minute for my daughters 1st birthday. The customer service was outstanding and they dispatched one for me as soon as possible! Very happy customer.

Messaged Victoria before placing an order like other parents scrambled for a last minute present! I ordered on the weekend and I had my beautiful new teddy ball pit delivered to me in ONE day! Way before Xmas and way before I expected it!! Looks like I wont be getting the parent fail award this Xmas!! Thankyou!!

shortly after my first order I found out that I had mistaken the address, so I immediately sent an email: where I asked for a change, not only that they ignored me via e-mail..nobody did not answer the phone As well, after all, when I finally get in touch with customer service, I was answered: we can't change youre adress sorry !! When I took over the package today, I found out that the Bunny romper is a mixture of SPANDEX! and from the KIDS TALE brand, not Hugo .... so instead of organic cotton I got toxic spadex. from a company that presents itself as eco friendly and organic, it's a pretty big scam! by the way, twice overpriced!!! I do not recommend to anyone!
