I got the same feeling as the person below, made to feel like I wasn't good enough to be evening speaking to this woman. Don't worry, I'm more than happy to take my customer elsewhere - rude and so unprofessional. Unable to give zero stars, hence the one star.

On a terrible day we were struggling to find somewhere to park. We are in the height of COVID and we have 2 very small kids to try and get to the shop to pick up a cake. There may have been an incredibly faded bit of paint on the floor which may have indicated the space was for this company but it was hardly a Las Vegas neon sign. We got back to the car shortly after to find not only a passive aggressive note on the windscreen but also a traffic cone resting on the car to show we had parked in a space belonging to this company. I can only imagine the havoc us parking in one of their spaces must have caused! They may have had to move a cone from one of the other dozen spaces or even parked 12 feet away in a properly marked bay. The loss of custom due to this must have been crippling after all it must have a bustling trade, I hear the educational supplies sector during COVID and half term is a dog eat dog world. You may take it from me dear Sir/Madam that I shall never darken the doorstep of your establishment and the tsunami of customers and staff that you must have will resume post haste!
