If you find yourself in a nightmare situation with lowlives occupying your property with zero rent for many months, Andrew will help you sort it out as quickly and efficiently as the system will allow. His advice and hard work helped me get my flat (and my life!) back in 11 months from the time tenants quit paying. Without his skill and expertise, I suspect I would have still been waiting for court today, and working 3 jobs to pay these bills! His fees are very fair too. I would have had zero chance of filling out the complicated court paperwork correctly on my own, and felt safe in the knowledge that Andrew has gone through this process many times already. Andrew has been absolutely amazing in helping us and guiding us through a very worrying challenging time with tenant issues. All of this is even before we have to officially instruct his services. He is available on the phone and tells you bluntly what you need to do, which is great.
