This firm was recommended by the house builder Redrow, whom we were purchasing a new house from. The work carried out was efficient and the conveyance was straight forward. The majority of the communication was over a year ago, with the final payments made around last June. Sorry, cannot remember anyone in particular as I seem to recall speaking with different members of staff, when Catherine Lees was busy.

- Initial confusion as to whom would follow my case (different people were sending me emails despite a specific name was given to me initially as the main contact at your end; this caused confusion to understand who would take care of my case) - Incomplete, slow and poor response despite my many emails and phone calls to chase for the requested information - Abosolutely no support by phone - Continuos automatic email response saying your solicitor was out of the office (almost every day, at almost all times) - Some documentation was not checked by the solicitor and i spent hours reading it, understanding it and then highlighting the main points to clarify to my solicitor (some of the reports i was sent were out of date, incomplete, etc....my solicitor never pointed that out to me) - When i complained to my solicitor's manager, the manager was not very supportive either - My phone calls and multiple messages i left at the receptionist asking to be contacted back, were never folowed up - Very poor support - I definitely not recommend this company to anybody
