        I joined the gym but is always so packed, and there is no space for stretching or even a warm-up before training. The staff are barely there to help, apart from just walking around in circles. When asked for help, no one knows what to do. I'm going there because it's the closest to me. Not even mentioning the amount of small kids coming and hanging on the equipment and making fun instead of letting adults properly train.

        Son is a junior member and loves this place, feels safe and cant wait till able to use the larger equipment. Friendly staff
