        I was here today, and the lady behind the lottery counter was too busy talking to actually serve she was complaining to a colleague that she had no wow reviews and what a joke. I had an issue as I was using my card that my bank had cancled without me knowing , but when I wanted to pay with different methods, she was too busy to know how to do her job so I told her to forget it and walked off (going into the store reluctantly to get a few items) and didnt have any issues with the nice lady on that till so unfortunately because of the really bad customer service behind the lottery counter you have received a 1 star review. Maybe she should be more worried about doing her job and her customer service than complaining to her colleagues why she had no wow reviews........

        Waited ages to get served again only 2 tills on again load of till trained staff stood round in a circle talking again does any one know what they're doing+in a morning try putting ur self service tills on b4 ten past seven am
