Off The Rails Comedy Club

Fantastic acts and great MCs but really spoiled by the lack of ventilation in the room. It was absolutely boiling on a cold night in February!! Please get this sorted

Cracking night at Off the Rails on Sunday 28th. Small gig, welcoming crowd, compere was hysterical and the acts were proper "good-dark". Our first time there but defo going again.

Have been to many of these pre-lockdown and spent a wad and mostly been good and very funny (hence two stars not one as...). The one show that kept getting postponed was Paul Sinha's. The organiser changed my ticket time from 6.30 to 8.45 and didn't tell me. The email thread between us proves my point but when I asked him why he changed it without telling me, his response was "I really can't be arsed with this and consider this conversation at a close. Goodbye". Nice attitude to a reasonable question from a customer who couldn't make the 8.45 and wasn't told about the time change. This had nothing to do with a previous issue but clearly he has a bee in his bonnet about his perfect system. The fact he has now voided both tickets (despite me saying my friend could still go) and then stolen my money speaks more about him than me.
