I've just started going to Cloud Beauty for treatments including Pedicures by Abby. I'm currently I'm having a course of Collagen Lift treatments with a mini facial with Margaret. I'm loving the treatment, my skin looks and feels so nice afterwards. All the staff are lovely, very professional and friendly. I look forward to going, relaxing and treating myself. I booked manicure and extension for a wedding. I went on the eve of my flight. Firstly, they didn't do the manicure because I didn't book it but I did. Someone was with me when I booked and heard me asking for it; I was reassure there was enough time for both things - manicure and extensions. Well, Just nails were done and they started peeling off on my left hand next day. I contacted them from abroad and at my return. I sent-14/03/23- the requested photos THREE times but up to now I haven't heard from them. It's a pity since Hannah's very TALENTED. On the last visits things have been rushed, leaving dust trapped in the nails or lacking the usual great standards. A month ago, I arrived 5mins late, time it took me to find parking. They were not happy about it eventhough I waited 15+ mins on my last visit without complaining. Unwillingly they did my nails, saying there was no time for art (after I reminded them I waited on my last visit). I am a regular customer - possibly that was the mistake. It's time to look for a new place. I wish them well.
