The environment is relaxing, supportive and safe and the treatment I have received from Shelagh is second to none. She is professional, calm, exceptionally skilled and caring. The difference she has made is amazing and has had a real positive impact on my day to day life.

I highly recommend Nurture Saddleworth. The clue is in the name - you literally feel held and nurtured from the moment you step into the studio/treatment room. There's a very special energy here and I feel so blessed to have discovered this wonderful gem of a place. Special thanks to Sophie for the beautiful yoga classes, facials and dance parties! Shelagh is wonderful too, and she held a gorgeous yin yoga workshop which I had the pleasure of attending. I now feel part of a like-minded community which I've been craving for a long time.

Sophie was professional from start to finish. The facial was extremely relaxing and re-vitalising. My skin feels so hydrated and brighter! It was such a relaxing and enriching experience and the reiki was a beautiful added touch to the end of the facial I cannot recommend Sophie enough. I will definitely be returning!
