I wouldn't recommend any one working for stoneswoods if you have any options or speak your mind you will get your employment finished early has they like staff to not have .options and say nothing and your in the management pockets and be creep

I wouldnt even give it one to be honest the management made me get poeple up and dressed then. Had me in the office. And was told I had no job. Really think they should tell you before hand. The best think is they have a nurse who. Locks you in a room and wouldnt let you out if she did that to me who else is it been done too.!!!

No care for residents, understaffed and residents are neglected. Edit dated 25.10.22. Following owner response. Yes you do have knowledge of who I am, it was my Grandma who was in your care home during covid and was neglected by you. The reviews on carehome.co.uk are false and most of the names on their are ones of your staff. My Grandma is Doreen B.

Absolutely shocking management, money is what makes their world go round. NOT CARE. The positive reviews are left by staff, they even have a PAID MEMBERSHIP for carehomes.co.uk, who restricts what reviews can be left, hence there being no negative ones. Lovely views from the very expensive on site cafe though (the one which residents are taken to, to drain more funds). needless to say, AVOID

I visit my grandma at the home all the time, the staff are so lovely and caring and they have done absoloutly everything possible to make my grandma feel safe and well looked after during the COVID pandemic. Although it has been difficult not being able to see her over the past few months it has been very reassuring to know she is in such a wonderful home with such caring staff who go above and beyond for their residents.
