        As a a small business unfamiliar with Marketing and advertising I was initially hesitant to get into contact with an agency and feared huge costs. I was pleasantly surprised by Novus and their approach to helping me; they were clear and concise and didn't overcomplicate things! I used them for a few online campaigns which were hugely successful and they advised me on creative ways to reach and engage with new customers! I got a huge return on investment so I'll be sure to use them again in the future!
