        I have used this company before some years ago and booked them again for a flight originally due in June 2019. I find Charlotte very helpful and customer service in general. However this flight has not happened yet in the two years since then. While we have cancelled and rearranged twice all the other times have been the company. Today a flight was due yet again. This has been cancelled this morning with no reason given. Weather has been the reason on other occasions. This can happen but 2 years is ridiculously far too long. I have asked for a refund but been advised this will be minus an admin fee. I really dont see the fairness in this when the cancellation has not been my fault. If concert performances have been cancelled during covid I have been offered the option of a full refund.

        Dont book through this company. They charge more (average of 50) than adventure001 who operates the same flights. When the issue was raised the customers service was extremely unhelpful and defensive. I was told I should have shopped around before picking them, which I definitely should have. Dont believe me? Check both websites. We booked for the co-pilot seat which was at an extra cost but like for like seats cost at least 50 more ! After posting the same review on Facebook they have taken it upon themselves to remove the review tab on Facebook.
