    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!! we have had a nightmare from beginning to end. booked the van and was text by the owner kim she had double booked me and we had to bring the van home early then we were told she was sorry she has put her clients up in a hotel and not to worry we can have the van on the dates. 1 week later when we went to collect the van we signed the contracts kim said she needed to take a photograph of our card to take the 1200 bond. we were disgusted and thought this was so unprofessional. we only agreed as we had all of our accommodation booked and scared she would not let us take the van. once she had the bond money kim then said that we couldn't have the van and started this whole issue of double booking again. ae couldn't believe it. we were so sick of this womans lies and unprofessional issues we agreed to bring it back as she had our card details. we were afraid she kept our 1200. she charged us 50 extra for the awning and it had a huge hole in it and it leaks. we has family staying in the awning and they had to come home as it was smelly old and in poor condition. kim the owner admitted she knew about the hole in the awning but still charged us. We wanted to watch the tv one night and text kim asking where it was in the van she replied we had to request it before we left. ! But it states in the website the van comes complete with the tv and not under the extra list of things. The Van's brake warning came on while driving it a real concern so we rang kim and her partner told us we will be fine. we couldn't believe it. we had to use the gears to slow down incase of brake failure. The van doors wouldn't open, the water to the sink didn't work at all the whole holiday. The bathroom door had a metal catch that was so sharp that It cut open my arm twice when i left the bathroom it ripped my clothes. very dangerous. The van is not worth what they are charging and this company is absolutely not worth dealing with. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY TRUST ME ITS NOT WORTH BOOKING WITH THEM !!!!!
