We asked Gordon to give us a quote after we noticed he was doing a job for someone in our street... From the first initial meeting ,he was very genuine guy,giving us various options, advice and prices with no sales pressure at all.leaving the choices up to us. Our boiler needed upgraded,relocated and a smart system installed.we also had radiators removed. Gordon kept us updated each day on what work would be getting done and the next steps for the following day..he unfortunately encountered a few unexpected hurdles along the way,but he took these in his stride and nothing ever was a problem...he even worked late a few evenings making sure everything was left tidy and in working order to function as a household. Gordon is very hard working, trust worthy and competitively priced.you can tell has a passion for the work he delivers..which is always to a very high standard. Gordon was always on time, cheerful and great at explaining things to both myself and husband. He also temporarily repaired the side of our bath at no extra charge to save us from water damage. I have no hesitation in recommending Gordon Elliott solutions to anyone looking for work to be done and can't wait for him to do our next project.

Great service from start to finish! Diagnosis of the concern was spot on and all options for repair were presented (not just the most expensive) with all pros and cons clearly shared. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

After our shower broke and water was coming through our kitchen ceiling, we phoned gorden who came out and mended the shower quickly, we will definitely use him again and be recommending him to family and friends xx
