        Good sized car park, usually plenty of space (if busy accessing at roundabout entrance, go towards Bexhill and before traffic lights, there is a side access that takes you in). Photo of nearby coastline.

        Normally easy parking near the shops you want.

        Large car-park with plenty of spaces. However, you'll be surprised how difficult it is to get a space at peak times. Notably on Saturdays. The layout is a little odd with some tight bends and unnecessary speed bumps.
