        Don't use Wickes Bexhill. Terrible delivery service for timber and hardware products. Wasted so much time tracking and tracing a failed delivery. Customer services were useless. Took no responsibility for resolving the issue. Advised it was a store problem. The store was totally unresponsive to calls and emails. I still don't have my goods and I still haven't had a call.

        really happy with my fab new kitchen designed by Amy at wickes bexhill store, excellent service, also Vicki was really helpful too I felt they were as interested, as I was about getting a lovely kitchen. Delivery was next day, had a few small issues that were dealt with immediately, my kitchen is now fitted and looks amazing, thank you Wickes so much

        Only 4 out of about 10 toilet seats had prices listed. I am not going to go back and forth to the till to get into the right price range.

        Waited in for the delivery following the tracking till 11pm. No show, called the following day and they then showed up without it in the van. Waste of time
