Got an initial estimate by email, Paul suggested a different solution and we went along and had a look at the doors in person and despite being cheaper than our initial requested door type, it was actually a much nicer looking door. That has to be a first being suggested a cheaper option, most places try and up-sell. The price did go up a little after the survey visit, but we needed to have a beam raised up as the old doors were different construction and another beam installed in the other garage, still a very reasonable price though considering what was needed. We had 2 large sectional doors installed, both were installed on the same day and other than the obvious sounds of power tools, we hardly knew they were there. The doors and installation looks good both internally and externally. The installers left the place clean and tidy, they are a real credit to the company. As an unexpected bonus, they were able to program the remotes so that a single remote could do either door, we were expecting to have to carry a remote for each door.

Exceptional service from start to finish! Paul provided an indicative email quote for the Hormann Rollmatic based on my initial measurements and then came out to check before confirning the final cost. Unlike 'another local Hormann supplier' the quote didn't suddenly jump by almost 1,000 (for exactly the same spec) and matched what I was quoted initially. Keith and Ryan removed the old door, cleaned up and installed the new door which looks great. The morning after, the door had settled in and I noticed a slight stuttering as the door closed. Within a couple of hours of dropping Paul an email Chris and Chris arrived on the scene, made some final minor adjustments and now it's perfect! I wouldn't waste time looking elsewhere - Paul and his team are the people to go to if you want an awesome service at a great price.

I can't recommend these guys enough!! Had the initial quote from Paul which was already good, based on my own measurements and estimations, who then popped over and had a look at what I wanted and gave me a much more specific quote, which actually got even better value after he talked about my options. When the door came in, he was quick to schedule me in and the team were masterful. They just went at it, quickly taking down the old doors and prepping the opening for the single large door. Amazing to watch, they were exceptional! The end result is a really premium looking electrically operated door, that is exactly what I was after! If you need your garage doing, pick these guys!! You wont get a better result!
