Anyone needing building work completing should use Gillespie developments. Andy was an absolute credit to the building trade, His help and input was outstanding. Everything was completed on time and to the highest standard. Everyone of the lads working for Andy were a credit to the company. Gillespie Developments should be everyone's 1st choice.

Dont go anywhere else! We were recommended Andy and Gillespie Developments and would absolutely recommend to others for any job. Andy was competitively priced, absolutely honest and clear with us throughout and even brought the price in slightly under budget in the end. Andys lads worked on our entire house for nearly 6 months, doing a top to model remodel, new layout, flooring, new doors, new windows and a partial new roof. Throughout they were excellent quality, clean and courteous - it was never a bother having them in the house. Andy was always open to thoughts and accommodated changes as well as he could, he was even good enough to be honest and challenge us when he didnt think something was right or looked right - just what we wanted. Despite a few snags and issues on the way (often caused by us & not actually Andys fault) he was ever helpful and made sure everything was just right - even coming back himself over weekends to put things right. Our house has a double garage / utility room built on the side and we wanted to extend the first floor above this space. The total floor area is approx. 50m2 and this is made up of a large lounge room, double bedroom and a first floor glazed terrace. Plans were drawn up by our Architect and we then set about trying to find a builder. We were recommended Gillespie Developments and Andys quote came in equal with the other builders we had quote. After meeting Andy and Bobby we agreed we could work with them so the contact was signed. Work began 3 weeks later (June 2020) and by August the rooms were habitable and almost finished. The lads were on site everyday from 08:00 until 16:00 and usually later. Any issues, Andy kept us informed at all stages. Everybody was polite and professional and all mess was cleared away. (Bricklayers, Roofers, Plumbers, Electricians, Plasterer, Carpenter, Decorator & Glaziers) There were no extra charges or hidden costs and the final bill was as per the agreed contract. The whole team involved in the build were very experienced and we would most definitely use Gillespie Developments again for any future building project that we undertake, large or small. Have recommended Andy and the team to friends and colleagues.
