If you're after a PT or mental health guidance, Luke is the one to go to. I've struggled massively with fitness, mental health and eating and he's finally the one to coach some sense into me in a way that I'm comfortable with. He pushes you armed with the full knowledge of what you're capable of physically and mentally and always knows you're more capable than you think. Valuable lessons to be learnt being coached by this fella.

Life ebs and flows it's not a linear process, Luke helps you support yourself in accepting this and has helped me encourage myself to do the best for me with what I can. He supports you in not just physical health but mental health. Best thing I ever did, It's a 12 month journey with Luke so far and I intend to be a long term client. He helps you plan and set goals and achieve your own personal targets no matter what they are not just physical.

After failing at the gym and sticking to routines, Luke's program changed the way I viewed exercise and nutrition. In just a few weeks he educated me in what my body type needs in regards to BMR and believed in me to push myself with the exercise routines. I've never been so proud of myself and I can see the physical change already; All thanks to Luke. I definitely recommend his coaching to anyone wanting to change themselves for the better.
