Would wholeheartedly recommend Helen for all pet care. She's an obvious animal lover and takes the ultimate care over all pets. She's amazing at communication, flexible, and genuninely caring --and above all my dog loves her and can't wait to go out every single time! She's very clued up on dogs' behavioural and health issues as well. And we trust her completely and will be asking her to look after our cat and house as well when we go away in the future.

Firstly to mention I did personally message the owner to provide feedback on our exchange and I had no reply. I would always give someone the opportunity to give their side privately before leaving any review but unfortunately that didnt happen. Incredibly rudeCame to quote and I was greeted with you should have told me there was no street name then told this is a favour as the traffic where we live is bad and she wont be doing it in the future. Then given a lecture about covid and isolating which as a teacher thats worked through covid I dont need. Implying that I was being unreasonable to expect my key returning should the owner need to isolate and I was on holiday. I thought about it and actually I would expect the business to return the key, either by a friend of family member or even pay someone. If I have to isolate tour animal is no longer my responsibility were the actual words. I was totally shocked and how I was spoken to in my own home. Wouldnt give my money to or leave my animal with someone so rude. In tears after she was gone I was so embarrassed at the whole exchange and now have no one to look after my cat.

Highly recommend Your Local Pet Care Service. Top class, professional, attentive response to both dog owner and dog's individual needs, Helen is a pleasure to have coming into our home. Having used her for many years now, she has, like all of us, had to adapt to recent changes in respect of Covid rules and we have peace of mind knowing what would happen in a self isolation situation on both sides. Our dogs love Helen's calming presence and we feel extremely at ease with her both sitting our dogs and calling in for feeding/walking.

Brilliant service, Helen is great with my Bichon who definitely has 666 somewhere on his body!!! Wouldn't trust my devilish bundle of joy with anyone else
