Really poor communication. Spent a while liaising re a vehicle, had to repeatedly chase for a response. In the end Carl just failed to reply. I'm amazed he sells any vehicles frankly.

Just driving by it is a job to see the good cars that are in there but i went in and found a one owner Citroen Picasso C3 which i purchased and am very pleased with. I found the owner Carl to be honest and kept his word when i found a simple fault and told me to take it to my local garage and he would pay them which he did. I am very satisfied with the car and the dealings with Carl.

We travelled from Bromley to look a vehicle we were interested in,and not disappointed on seeing and test drive and decided to purchase the car, as been looking for 3 months for a decent vehicle. AHe also offered a delivery service which we took up.On delivery was a slight problem with the car and phoned Carl straight away who was more than happy to for our mechanic to resolve problem and reimburse us . Carl was open and honest and we could not fault him and would recommend him on our dealings with him

I bought a car from this guy called Carl he his the owner .in February 2022 when we came to look at the mini one convertible the back wheel needed chaging as it was down to under 4ins he said yes l do that and the following week went round to pick it up . Found he had not done that but said it had passed it mot in the end he put money into my account and l had a new tyre the following week but had to have it done at the place were he said to go and it was in hove near Brighton. Said he would do the paperwork it's taken 10 weeks as he didn't put or change new ownership "me" from dvla. Had to make him do it in front of me last Friday. When l bought the car he said it had three owners he's a lieer it's had 7 owners no wondered he didn't send off details he did not wanted me to find out. I decided to have a full service at a garage in Eastbourne and found out that the front and rear Discs were all corroded front pads and rear were only 1mm very close to sensor and Tracking advice needed to be sorted out .as it was still underwarrty l told him it need to be sorted. He did do the job but the mot center in Eastbourne said it should not have pasted its first mot .

A proper slippery old school motor dealer. I phoned up, wanted to come up and buy a car, but was told he was going out for the day. I pushed that matter and said I'd come immediately but was told he'd be gone. But I was then told not to worry if I came the next day I would have first refusal. (His exact words) So I agreed I'd come the next morning. Traveled 1 hour and 50mins by train first thing the next morning but when I arrived i was told the car was now sold! He then tried to tell me 'its first come first served' and that he was there the entire day yesterday!...Thanks to his lies and complete lack of consideration, I've completely wasted an entire day coming backwards and forwards on trains. You'd think if you'd already done the dirty and gone back on your word..the least you would do is phone up and tell that person not to come, he had my number.
