First of all the delivery driver didnt wait for me to even get to the door before running off when ringing up the sorting office 5-10 MINUTES after this happened I was basically told it wasnt theyre problem and they dont care . Rude unprofessional and the parcel was for work , and it wont let me make a complaint online convenient . They just dont understand people have things to do and wait in for parcels! This is the 3rd time Ive had a problem with a package, I will never be ordering thru Royal Mail again.
