Day Lewis Pharmacy

Been informed by our doctors surgery...which have tried ringing too...no reply or getting cut off or told to ring later. Tried and same scenario.. my prescription was due for delivery last week ...still waiting Monday 6th March 2023..only good thing about this place is delivery driver Theresa who is not there this week therefore place falls apart!!!

May have moved to a bigger place but their customer service hasnt changed! Stood there like a muppet 4 staff ignoring the queue then told to wait as was dealing with another lady whilst the other 3 avoided eye contact. No smiles felt like walking out! Wont be back!

Boots pharmacy closed again this becoming a regular occurrence. Next door is Day Lewis Pharmacy. My wife needed her medicine which run out today. Sam the pharmacist went above and beyond to liase with the person in Boots and eventually done the prescription for my wife. We will be transferring to Day Lewis Pharmacy. Friendly and helpful staff and stockists of many remedies that are not stocked in the main Chemist chains. I found Mackenzies smelling salts. A reliable friendly Chemist in Rye. Day Lewis Pharmacy has moved to a slightly larger shop, just along the High Street to what was the jewellers on the corner of Market Road.
