Clear communication, excellent treatments in a spotless room followed by clear advice on required exercises to keep my neck, shoulders and lower back flexible. I highly recommend Richard. It is a pleasure to visit him and be treated.

        I received shockwave therapy and foot/leg massage for an ankle injury which occurred a few weeks back. Cant recommend Richard enough very knowledgeable and has improved my ankle after the first appointment!
