        At the risk of repeating all that has been said before, we cannot recommend Jeakes House more highly. We stayed a long bank holiday for our 33rd wedding anniversary and took advantage of the proximity of Camber Sands to get in some good walking and exploring. Jeakes' period accommodation and the lovely breakfast included in our room rate was icing on our celebration. The menu is also extensive enough that you do not have to have the same thing twice, there is plenty of choice for carnivores and vegans alike. The owners and staff were kindly present at every turn to inquire how we were faring and give outstanding local recommendations. If you are fortunate enough to find a free room, do not hesitate to book!! We will be back...
