Really comfortable accomodation! Great location right in the centre of Rye. Even though it's above a pub we didn't experience any uncomfortable loud noises in the evening. For the price, it's really good value considering how cosy, charming and aesthetically furnished it is. Our only constructive feedback was to have some kind of back up or booster for the WiFi as it didn't work over the weekend. We were there during the international jazz festival when Rye is busiest, so appreciate this could have been a big factor... but would have made the experience even lovelier. Would rebook!

Crown Stables is a beautiful apartment and the finishing touches are really well thought out. The location is great but this is also the downside. It is on a busy junction which during the hours of 6.30-8.30am gets very busy and we were woken each morning by this. The pub next door stayed open past midnight on a Wednesday and was incredibly noisy which again, was very disruptive to our sleep. There may be soundproofing on the windows but there is a vent on the wall which lets the noise in. It's a real shame but a street or two in a different direction would make this 5 stars. There were no sponges provided to clean crockery or glasses and no antibacterial wipes or spray - odd given the current situation with COVID, I had to go and purchase these. A sofa would be preferable instead of the chairs and blackout blind in the bedroom to block out the street light directly outside the bedroom would make a huge difference.

Just spent 2 wonderful day's at Crown Stables. James and Yasmin really have thought of everything, all to a very high standard. Loved the lighting, great as the stairs also light up. Great TV and Netflix if you want to chill with a film. Slippers and dressing gowns to. Fantastic location. Quite and relaxing. Didn't hear road noise or the pub next door. It's got to be one of the nicest place's we have stayed. Would highly recommend. Thank you both, we will be back.
