Reason for the 3 stars. The length of the massage. We paid for 45min massage and did not get a 45min massage.
We turned up 20min early to get paperwork etc done. And yet the therapist picked me up at 10.46 for 10.45 massage and my partner at 11.50 for an 11.45 massage. Given that theres quite a bit of preamble, changing, waiting, discussion before the massage, all in all we get about 30min on the actual table being massaged. My partner was out of the room 5min before the end of their 45min allotment.
It may seem like Im nitpicking but for a 45min massage at 70 I expect a 45min massage. The quality was great by the way.
Hope that this is constructive feedback for future as I do think the place and staff are so lovely in general.
