        This is a nice beach house in a lovely location but emphasis on shabby more so than shabby chic - really tatty 3 piece suite that wasnt particularly comfy to relax in. Needs a freshen up and didnt feel as clean as it could in places. Nice shower, kitchen basic. Didnt live up to expectations based on the price paid. Lovely area to explore - Dungeness a must.
