how do i get my chairs back from this company? they were supposed to be repaired before Christmas. I have phoned and phoned and been told that they will be ready in a couple of weeks. I said that i will collect them and have my deposit back but they are now in Ipswich with the owners brother who apparently does the repairs. I am completely exasperated. i just want my chairs back!! if i could give minus stars i would.

Disappointing and rude. The price was agreed before they picked up the chair but after they had it they asked for more and started pointing out problems they had not mentioned when they originally quoted. Avoid.

Got exactly the same problem, just want my chair back. Have been told the man who is repairing it is in Tenerife, has he been there since December? Then told they will ring me when they have my chair and then put the phone down on me. Very upset, very poor service.
