Service was better than we could have hoped for. Henry sorted everything out very quickly and professionally. Great team which took away a lot of the stress at a very sad time.

Great on the day of the funeral. Everything else has been awful. 18 months or so after the event and we're still waiting for the headstone. The team don't reply to emails (apparently they are too busy for that), they don't follow up the promises on the phone and they provide incorrect information in person. It's probably in their favour that they don't require return custom.

I could not have been more impressed by the excellent, comprehensive service that we received from Jackie and her associates. The funeral that they helped me organise on 24/05/2017 went without a hitch, all planning and organisation efficiently conducted with compassion and understanding. The rather complex arrangements that had to be made with a 'holding' funeral director in Sevenoaks were sensitively and skilfully managed, all without increasing stress for me. In fact, I was very much more impressed by the service I received in Rye than I was by that at the Sevenoaks end. I felt secure in the knowledge that Jackie was available to me at all times, and that she was communicating with all other people involved in the preparation for the day- an invaluable service to me, not living locally.
