The House with Two Front Doors

I'm VERY behind on doing this review but had to say how much we loved out stay, about 8 months! Forgive me! The rooms and house are beautiful and the location...well you're on Mermaid Street :) What more could you want. We stayed here while getting away on what is the yearly marker of a very hard day for us, a huge loss in our lives. Rachel didn't know this but it felt like she did in how she treated us, with so much care, kindness and love. It feels like you're staying in the home of a beloved aunt, all the magic and comfort that goes along with that. Yummy local breads and the best breakfast, laid out magically. We were given as much privacy or interaction with the host as we wanted, which I appreciated. I'm sure some wouldn't want to spend time talking in the morning or by the aga with wine in the evening. But if you do, Rachel is the best company. And if you don't, she will leave you alone :) The house is a dream. Rachel is a dream and Rye is one of our favourite places in the world. Thank you !
