Sam treated me for a long standing problem with a trapped nerve. With his treatment and a very effective set of simple exercises the symptoms are all but gone after 4 sessions. Very knowledgeable and friendly, highly recommended.

After nearly four months of suffering from tennis elbow, I visited Sam, who, with after only three treatments has made a big difference to my discomfort levels. I'm back to a more consistent game, and am hopeful for a full recovery after my next three treatments.

I had been experiencing vertigo for several weeks, and although prescribed medication for it, I prefer a more natural approach. Liz gave me a thorough examination to determine the cause and then carried out a manoeuvre. I was given a follow-up appointment which was not necessary as the vertigo had gone within two days. I was very happy with the whole experience.

Sam diagnosed the issue very quickly and was very knowledgable in letting me know what was going on with my knee. After the first treatment session it already felt far better and with the exercise program I was given, my recovery was quick and easy with follow up appointments to check my progress. Highly recommend Sam Pryor and PhysioCare. Very professional business all round and you feel at ease the moment you walk in.

I have used PhysioCare on 2 separate occasions now, once for a shoulder injury and then for Glute Tendonitis. I am quite active and always dread getting an injury as it hampers my training. I was quite surprised how quickly I was able to continue with normal activites after my treatment. Would definitely recommend. Very thorough and professional.
