We booked a table for Saturday night only to turn up to a closed restaurant. They had our number but we were not told they'd closed, and they posted online about ordering for delivery not long before we arrived. Very disappointing after arranging childcare and traveling all the way there!

Really feel welcome there and at home . Staff are so helpful and chilled . Music cool n DJ friday nights really buzz . Food is a yum trip ! Vegan burger meal is fab and the vegan slaw is awsom. Al homemade and good quality ingredient .. big portions & good price too . Had the read Sunday lunch , totally delicious and was really nostalgic for me . Really high standard of cooking . Thank you so appreciate Deep South as what we all need on island. More oif authentic Deep South social n screw toxic Mc Donalds ! Shekinah

Disappointed, ordered the King of the South burger. Tiny burger, no difference in size than a McDonalds 99p cheese burger but for 12 with a few fries. Perhaps it was just a bad night but wont order again.

Wish I could remember the name of the guy that was working the night we went- he was amazing. The chicken sandwich was to die for and the loaded fries are a must. Best food we had on the island.
