Ryde Inshore Rescue

Ryde lifeboat station is by the most valuable charity we have in Ryde. They are independent and have to do all the fundraising themselves. They do amazing work. Thank u to the people who helped get my mirrors sorted on my bike. Out of their way to help.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to all who helped return my 6 year old son and 12 year old niece safely back to me last Tuesday 19th Feb 2019. After them wandering off at approx 1:30pm on Ryde beach near Appley Tower Isle Of Wight. I reported them missing at 2:15 to the insure rescue. The professionalism and quick reaction made by the insure rescue team, local volunteers and the police made sure that they were returned safely back to me by approx 3:20pm. It was an experience I wouldn't wish on any parent as at one point thought I was a victim mother who would never see the children again. Words can't explain the respect I have for each and every one who helped make it possible for their safe return. The next fundraising event I take part in will be sure to be donated to you!
