Boots Pharmacy

This is a terrible pharmacy , the shelves are never stocked , the queue is always out of the door and there is only ever one person serving regardless of the queue , there is a lot of staff behind the screens chatting but never serve the customers , I have waited in there for 40 minutes on quite a few occasions , never get a an apology for the wait , also shuts everyday for an hours lunch And not open on a Saturday which in todays world is unheard of , steer clear

Used to be the best chemist but is the worst now,, as they have gone downhill.Text you your prescription ready, then when you go and arrange a lift to go and pick it up, tell you they dont have it, as theyve given it to someone else! They never have all my monthly prescriptions in stock and I always have to go back again.Pharmacist too busy to answer any queries about medication even though other chemists are happy to do this. Fed up with wasted trips there, as they are so disorganised so will be taking my custom elsewhere.

Awful pharmacy. Repeatedly loses prescriptions. Apparently a weekly repeat is to difficult to do which leads to going without my medication. Delays in filling prescriptions when they do actually decide to do it. But any mistake is always someone else's fault

I keep seeing negative posts. Having worked for boots for a number of years, I know what immense pressure staff are under and having nearly half the staff. Next time you want to moan, take into consideration those poor members of staff, they go above and beyond and seem to get no thanks for it. I think they are all fabulous and deserve praise

I Transferred from Tower house surgery a few years back as it was the worst surgery I have used so far. I had the unfortunate experience of having no choice but to order some urgent private medications from here. Was told the medication would be in on a certain day, got to certain day and nothing had been ordered as they neglected to tell me that i need to give a paper copy even though it was checked and okd online when phone call was made to order. I went to pharmacy to drop the prescription and was told that they had the medication in. I asked if it had been delivered that morning and was told no, weve had this for a while now! Luckily I got the meds I needed but Ive had to suffer for days and could have had it the day I called. Will never use again! Do not use if you need urgent medication.
