Highly disappointed with their service and opening times are poor. Can be convenient if shopping weekday. but at times they have been haughty. Now theyre closed on weekends which means if you have a prescription thats been sent to them directly late on a Friday, then youd have to wait until Monday to get it. Not good at all when its for a childs infection.

We travel from Cowes to collect our prescriptions as staff are intelligent, knowledgeable and kind, even when rushed off their feet. They need more staff, my only complaint. Come on Tesco, help them out.

Amazing. We were on the island in holiday. Local pharmacy were awful. See review of Seaview Pharmacy, but could not fault this Tesco Pharmacy. The pharmacist was super helpful. Our son was not well, we had to do something. She knew exactly what would help and it perked him up right away. Highly recommended for anybody visiting the area.

One or two not very friendly but have saved me from disaster by supplying med's that my Boots chemist can't. Often too busy to be friendly and welcoming but get the job done mostly

Needed an emergency prescription for tonsilitis which is my second time around in two weeks. First prescription didn't work. Doctors didn't call me back, so I had to phone 111. They wrote me a prescription and had it sent to tesco last minute. Told me they would get it in 10 minutes. That was at 19.20. I drove to tesco pharmacy. Arrived at 19.40. They shut at 19.45. When I got there, they had already closed down the system. I said it was important as my condition could get worse if I didn't start taking my antibiotics and she said it would take her 15 minutes to sort out and log back in and she wouldn't do it. Even though she shut 3 minutes earlier than she should have done. Thanks tesco
