I have been with this Practice for over ten years. I have to say that I have been dealt with in a professional, courteous, and caring manner. I have been contacted at home several times by Dr. Sieger with test results and advice, this lady is the best GP I've ever met. I've also had outstanding treatment from Dr Poole thank you Most of the receptionists are friendly and helpful. The nurses are excellent. I believe we are lucky to have such good surgery. The woman working reception today Wednesday 21st 12pm should seriously re evaluate her life choices. Works at a surgery where people need help but is rude, Sarcastic and unhelpful. Fire her and find someone else

This surgery is very efficient and very professional. My husband and I are impressed with the level of care we have received since moving to this practice. No problems seeing the doctor and no long wait for a telephone call either. Such a relief. We feel we are now in very good hands.

I attempted to register at the GP surgery. She asked where I lived, and I said Seaview The receptionist advised they were a "small practice" and suggested registrating "elsewhere" such as Tower House or St Helens Practice. When questioned on this, given the website states that the surgery WAS taking in new patients, I was told they do not accept patients from Seaview. Again, when questioned on this, given the website states Seaview is within the catchment area, the receptionist checked with her colleague, who confirmed they DO accept patients from Seaview. Then, where hastily providing the application form, despite having a child with me, I was given only 1 application form. I had hoped to register here, given the good reviews, however this particular receptionist is obstructive, and a poor reflection on the surgery. We registered elsewhere with much better customer service.
