        Absolutely shocking!!! Our company sent 2 Special Delivery parcels from our local post office to clients in the Isle of Wight. Our post office used one of the outgoing 5 stamps and then made up the difference with the printed stamp. These jokers at Ryde decided that there was insufficient postage paid and slapped a surcharge on both parcels for 3.50.

        My lady is so good she will do anything to help ,so I do think they deserve extra money but the service is rubbish ,been waiting for a letter and still not here .
