Greenhams Off License & Newsagents

After reading some of the other reviews, I can safely say I have no idea what caused them to leave their reviews, since the staff are always lovely, and funny, even if they aren't having the best of days themselves. In particular, Rory, Dev and Sonja (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) are always fantastic, very helpful and very friendly which for me personally, goes a long way! The prices of products are generally good, and it's easy to find what you're after, and if not, the staff are always available to help.

I would just like to share how helpful I found the manager and staff at Greenhams. Its also a parcel pick up point. I collected a parcel from there and there was a problem with the courier company that sent it. The manager made phone calls and went out of her way to help me resolve this issue. I was most grateful and really impressed with how friendly the staff are. Many thanks.

COMMON THIEF! My click and collect parcel showed as signed for by the shop owner, but he told me he signed for it because it was sent back to the sender, this doesn't happen, you sign to accept. The sender contacted the shipping company and they said if it's signed for its its at the shop. This guy is basically a theif
