Traveled from Newbury to Isle of Wight to view home. Bull and Porter agent failed to turn up for appointment and failed to even call to apologise. Disgraceful

Terrible!!! Never would use them again just waiting for contract to come to a end so we can go with someone more proactive to sell our house They have done Zero, in help sale our property we sign with them last year and had one viewing!! They dont call on updates to even say they are trying to push other ideas with us had to cancel their viewing open day through having no one to come and see it we found out through 3rd party that they removed us from Right move no wonder we are not getting any interest we are not even being proactively advertised!!! So would just like to thank Watson bull & Porter Ryde devision for all their Zero effort in Marketing our Lovely set over 3 floors Victorian, home with all original features , working fire places and large rooms 2.5 bath set with versatile living , arrangements potential to split into 2 living Areas, if choose to with potential annex, or flat for teenager or parent large , front and back garden , side entrance and potential driveway with local planning , applied for. Katie has been lovely. She is very friendly and helpful, answering all of our hundreds of questions. She is making the process of renting our first flat very easy. However, they may not mention some things until the day you get the key so you feel rushed to pay money for something you didn't know was necessary.
